The Premier Education Event for Community Banking Executives and Directors
Mitchell, SD (November 2, 2016) Today the Independent Community Bankers of South Dakota (ICBSD) released the full agenda for the annual Community Bank Director/Executive Management Conference to be held November 10th, 2016 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Sioux Falls Downtown.
Headlining the event is Dr. David Kohl, Professor Emeritus, Department of Agriculture and Applied Economics, Virginia Tech. Kohl is currently President of AgriVisions, LLC, a knowledge-based consulting business providing cutting-edge programs to leading agricultural organizations worldwide. He is also a business coach and part owner of Homestead Creamery, a value added dairy business in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Kohl has addressed the American Bankers Agricultural Conference for more than 35 consecutive years, and has appeared before numerous state bankers’ schools and conferences throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the world.
The afternoon will be headlined by T.W. Shannon, Managing Director, Premier Capital Partners. Shannon was first elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2006 at the age of 28 and became Oklahoma’s youngest and first African American Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives on January 8th, 2013. Shannon has been a guest on Fox and Friends and The Situation Room, and has provided keynote addresses at CPAC, GOPOC, the Republican National Committee.
