SBA 504 Express – Processing an SBA 504 loan just got quicker!

With the turn times for SBA approval exceeding 20 days, the arrival of this program couldn’t come soon enough. During her presentation at the 2021 Black Hills Retreat on Saturday, July 31st, Paula will explain this program. First District Development Company (FDDC) is an SBA 504 Certified Development Company which handles all of the SBA paperwork for the 504 business loan program from processing to servicing. As an Accredited Lender, FDDC will now be able to approve 504 loans up to $500,000 internally. Service to community bank partners will still be exceptional, but at a faster pace!
