Bank Membership Dues

Bank member dues are calculated on total assets at a rate of $15.00 per million with a minimum of $550 and maximum of $3,200 based on the June 30th call report.  Dues are billed each year during the 4th quarter.

Membership applications are reviewed and voted on by the ICBSD Board of Directors. We welcome applications from all independent community banks doing business in the state of South Dakota.
